The Senior Director, Commercial Analytics & Sales Operations is based at our Raleigh, NC headquarters, requiring 3 days/week in-office.
They will oversee all sales data, insights, and reporting—covering marketing, sales performance, compensation, and market access—transforming data into strategic visualizations to guide business decisions.
The role involves leading a team of 4+ managers, providing mentorship, ensuring data integrity, supporting commercial and finance strategies, managing CRM and incentive compensation processes, and collaborating with leadership.
Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree (advanced preferred), 5+ years management experience in finance or commercial operations, 8+ years in healthcare-related fields, proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, Tableau, PowerBI, and ERP systems like SAP. Strong analytical, leadership, and collaboration skills are essential.
