Your Role:
The Sr. Director, Business Development will have a strategic role in driving increased sales and business for Avid amongst biotechnology, biopharmaceutical and pharmaceutical companies, or others as deemed appropriate, and increasing Avid Bioservices' visibility in the marketplace, while creating mutually beneficial business partnerships.
Location Notice: This position requires the employee to be based out of Northern California (Bay Area).

The compensation range for this role is $154,700 to $206,300 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer opportunities for career growth and development as well as a supportive and inclusive work environment.

The work environment for this job occasionally involves exposure to potential electrical shock, toxic or caustic chemicals, vibrations, fumes or airborne particles, wet or humid conditions (non-weather related), and proximity to moving mechanical parts.
