Come join us today!Primary ObjectivesBid and Proposal Oversight: Oversee end‑to‑end bid and proposal support across all client requests, ensuring high quality, accurate, and timely responses across Agency, Brand, and Complex bidsFeasibility and Input Alignment: Ensure all bids and proposals are supported by accurate inputs and feasibility assessments, coordinating with relevant teams to validate approach and requirementsTeam Leadership and Coordination: Lead and manage onshore and offshore teams, ensuring clear roles, strong coordination, and consistent performance across all groupsCross Functional Alignment and Deal Support: Partner with Sales, Delivery, Operations, Product, and Technology teams to support opportunity development, align stakeholders, and contribute to deal strategy for complex and high‑value opportunitiesProcess Standardization and Performance Optimization: Drive standardization, efficiency, and automation across bid and proposal processes, while ensuring accurate tracking of bid and proposal activity in CRM systems and monitoring performance metrics, including win rates, to improve outcomesQualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each job duty satisfactorily. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include, but are not limited to; the type and length of experience within the job, type and length of experience within the industry, the type and length of knowledge and skills for the position, education, training, etc. Prodege is a multi‑state employer and final compensation within this range could be impacted by work location.
