Senior DevSecOps Engineer - Hybrid (GTA)

Location: Greater Toronto Area (1-2 days onsite)

Hybrid: Ideally 2-3 days a week in office

Compensation: $140-150k, OTE

A fast‑growing SaaS organization is looking for a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to lead a full cloud migration to AWS, build secure production infrastructure, and own day‑to‑day security and IT operations. This is a high‑impact role with broad responsibility across cloud engineering, security, and operational reliability.

What You'll Do

• Lead migration from a legacy co‑lo environment to AWS
• Build and operate secure, production‑grade AWS infrastructure
• Own IaC (Terraform), CI/CD pipelines, and observability
• Drive security posture: IAM, vulnerability mgmt, logging, endpoint compliance
• Execute a multi‑year CIS‑aligned security roadmap
• Manage core IT workflows and vendor relationships

What You Bring

• 5+ years DevOps/cloud engineering with deep AWS expertise
• Strong Terraform + CI/CD experience
• Solid security fundamentals (least privilege, secrets, patching, monitoring)
• Experience with Windows Server/IIS and hybrid Active Directory
• Ability to balance strategic cloud build work with hands‑on operational support
