Sr. Desktop Support Specialist

Job Title - Desktop Support Specialist

Work Location- Euless, Tx

Position Summary:

We are seeking Deskside Support Technician provides onsite technical support for end users across the client. This role is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting desktop computers, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and related technology while delivering exceptional customer service. The technician will also assist with hardware deployments, asset management, technology refresh projects, and support operations at the Walkup Technology Desk.

Qualifications & Experience Required (3+ Years)

• Desktop support experience in an enterprise environment.
• Experience supporting Windows 11, Microsoft Office, Microsoft 365 suite, MacOS and iOS.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory, Intune, SCCM, TCP/IP networking, and computer hardware.
• Experience using ticketing systems such (ServiceNow preferred).
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
  
  Other Requirements:
• Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to transport computer equipment and peripherals.
• Great customer service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to do frequent driving and walking throughout airport facilities.
• Work may rarely include evenings and weekends as operational needs require.
  
  Preferred Certification:
• Associate or Bachelor degree in Information Technology or related field.
• CompTIA A+ or Microsoft certification.
• Experience working in an enterprise environment.
