    Description

    The North America Stores Creative team is seeking a Sr. Designer to focus on our Online Grocery creative team, driving digital-first creative solutions through automation, AI integration, and operational excellence. You will be responsible for executing high-quality, customer-facing work for Amazon Grocery across all online marketing channels, contributing to a cohesive brand identity and maintaining a high bar for creative assets. This role requires strong craft expertise in food photography, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to lead projects from brief to delivery while partnering cross-functionally to produce impactful marketing deliverables. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable with ambiguity, and leverages experimentation and performance data to inform their approach.

    Key job responsibilities

    • Strong design craft and expertise, including motion & animation design experience
    • Ability to deliver brand-compliant digital solutions aligned to project requirements and business objectives
    • Ability to lead projects from brief to delivery and manage multiple workstreams
    • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with copywriter, marketing partners and channel owners
    • Demonstrates a strong understanding of the retail ecommerce space and different channel strategies
    • Ability to use performance data and testing insights to inform design decisions
    • Clear and concise communication skills with the ability to present concepts and finished work to stakeholders
    • Awareness of emerging design trends and GenAI innovations
    • Experience contributing to or maintaining brand style guides and playbooks
    • Experience driving creative innovation projects and presenting to internal teams
    • Familiarity with process improvement and streamlining creative delivery workflows
