We design places people actually want to be in. Mixed-use, adaptive reuse and repositioning projects, campuses, streetscapes, and all the spaces in between. When you join Little, you join a national team that looks past the obvious to find better design solutions, the kind that lift client performance, tread lightly on the planet through sustainable and regenerative practices, and help communities thrive. In short, we're here to create a better future, and we have a good time doing it.
Little, nationally recognized as a “Best Firm to Work For” and one of the nation's most progressive design firms, is looking for a Senior Landscape Architect with a positive, collaborative work style to help lead the design efforts of our Land Development Studio in our Durham, NC office.
This is a senior role with real room to grow. You'll shape site and planting designs from concept through construction, work side by side with our civil engineers and other disciplines under one roof, and help guide the next generation of designers on our team. If you want a clear path toward greater responsibility and project leadership, this is a place to build it.
A word on the Durham studio: it's a really good place to land. The team is close, the work is varied, and people here like showing up. You'll be based here in the heart of the Triangle, one of the country's best regions for design talent, top universities, and quality of life.
