About the Role:
As a CBRE Data Analytics Sr. Manager, you will lead a team responsible for conducting advanced data
analysis and reporting to drive business decisions and improve organizational performance. This person will need to be onsite in San Antonio.
What You'll Do:
- Lead a team of data analysts and scientists to design, develop, and implement data-driven
- solutions
- Develop and maintain advanced data models, algorithms, and statistical techniques to analyze
- complex data sets
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions to
- address them
- Design and implement data visualization tools to communicate insights and recommendations
- to non-technical stakeholders
- Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality and
- integrity
- Identify and prioritize business opportunities and develop data-driven strategies to address
- them
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, data
- scientists, and IT teams
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics and apply this
- knowledge to drive innovation and improvement
- Develop and maintain a culture of data-driven decision making within the organization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions
- Develop and maintain data quality and integrity standards and procedures
- Identify and mitigate data-related risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Develop and maintain a data analytics roadmap to drive business growth and improvement
- Collaborate with IT teams to develop and implement data infrastructure and tools
- Develop and maintain a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the data
- analytics team
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience in data analytics, data
- science, or a related field
- In-depth knowledge of data analytics tools and technologies, including SQL, Python, R, and data
- visualization tools
- Experience with data governance, data quality, and data integrity
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience communicating complex data
- insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and tasks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience developing and implementing data-
- driven solutions
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
