Target Pay $75 / hour

Job Description:
The senior, hands-on delivery role supports the Compliance Maturity Uplift initiative within the Cyber Acceleration Program (CAP), leading cyber compliance analysis, framework development, and board-level reporting while collaborating with Australia-based delivery teams and European stakeholders. The primary objective is to define, operationalize, and mature enterprise cyber compliance (not validate through audits).

Partner with stakeholders to build and maintain a global inventory of cybersecurity legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements. Lead current-state and gap assessments across major regulations (GDPR, CCPA, Australian Privacy Law, EU & U.S. Critical Infrastructure Acts). Develop compliance frameworks, including governance models, RACI matrices, and reporting structures. Create clear remediation roadmaps aligned to enterprise priorities. Establish and mature compliance tracking and assurance mechanisms. Produce board-ready and executive-level reporting on compliance maturity and risk exposure

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of experience in Cyber GRC, Cyber Compliance, IT Risk, or Security Governance.
• Experience leading cyber analysis, framework development, and board-level reporting for large enterprise companies.
• Experience leading gap analysis and producing current-state compliance assessments.
• Experience demonstrated on resume with

• Experience working with multi-location (potentially multi-country) facilities.
• Bachelor's Degree

• Takes initiative in gathering and building complex reporting structures
• Experience presenting regular findings to executive board members – preferably in multi-country environments when needed
