Sr. Customer Marketing Manager

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Sr. Customer Marketing Manager for an 8-month contract assignment with one of our premier SaaS clients in San Francisco, CA.

Responsibilities:

• Lead full‐funnel, integrated marketing strategy grounded in customer insights, business priorities, and product partnership
• Drive execution of campaigns and marketing programs; align cross‐channel and regional teams for scalable delivery

Required Skills:

• Strong strategic marketer with experience leading complex, cross‐functional initiatives and full‐funnel programs.
• Exceptional communicator and collaborator skilled at influencing product, regional, creative, media, and senior stakeholders.
• Data‐driven operator with the ability to define KPIs, interpret insights, optimize programs, and navigate ambiguity.
• BA/BS in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; MBA preferred but not required.
