Senior Contracts Analyst

Job Description:
- Contract drafting
- Consent letters
- Novation
- In-depth contract review and analysis
- Contract redaction and clean up
- Contractual data collection and aggregation
- Communicate with customers and create and maintain customer progress tracking
- Supporting data room management
- Experience using digital tools such as Microsoft Co-Pilot, e-discovery platforms,
- Coordination with internal stakeholders and senior leadership relating to contractual overview
- Prior experience with M&A preferred.
Education/Qualifications:
- BA/BS REQUIRED. Juris Doctorate Preferred OR Para legal
- Juris Doctorate D 1-2 years experience
- BA/BS AT LEAST 6 years contract experience
- Citizenship: Must be US Citizen
