Job Summary/Company:

Sparks Group has partnered with a government contractor to find a Senior Contracts Administrator.  As the Sr Contracts Administrator, your will be responsible for managing the full contract lifecycle of various portfolios.  The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree along with 4 years of federal contract management experience working for a government contractor company. Responsibilities:
  • Drive high-level strategy for complex, high-risk business opportunities, leading solicitation reviews, OCI mitigation, and evaluations.
  • Independently draft and negotiate complex contractual instruments, including Teaming Agreements (TA), CTAs, NDAs, and software access agreements.
  • Ensure 100% audit readiness by monitoring FAR/DFARS updates, conducting partner due diligence, and maintaining rigorous file integrity and record-keeping oversight.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for various teams to resolve contractual issues and integrate directives into business operations.
  • Manage the full contract lifecycle from project kick-off to close-out while proactively implementing process enhancements to streamline operations.

Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 4 years of federal contracts administration experience working for a government contractor organization.
  • Understanding of FAR/DFARS and strong contract negotiation experience (for various types of contracts)
