About the Role:

As a CBRE Sr Contract Administrator, you will be a part of a high performing corporate real estate team that manages long term outsourced partnerships with corporate clients delivering portfolio strategy, optimization and transaction management services. You will work on a variety of programs and projects on behalf of our clients.

This job is part of a growing specialty team that offers room for personal and professional development and growth. Transactions will primarily include land and building purchase, lease, build to suit, and other commercial property transactions that support our clients' business needs. Those with experience or high interest in corporate real estate management's function and a career within an industry leading CBRE will find this role of high interest and rewards.

What You'll Do:

  • Prepare advanced agreements for contracted services. This includes preparing new contracts, renewals, and amendments.
  • Oversee the coordinator of compliance procedures, facility maintenance, and landscaping requirements with vendors.
  • Review identified safety, operational, and maintenance issues. Confirm scheduled support for special facility maintenance and repair projects.
  • Manage vendor performance using established processes and systems. Prepare complex reports for review.
  • Guide the project management process involving internal and external contributors and vendors.
  • Apply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish assigned tasks and solve routine problems.
  • Have a broad knowledge of own job discipline and some knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.
  • Lead by example and model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values. May convince to reach an agreement.
  • Impact the quality of own work and the work of others on the team.
  • Work primarily within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
  • Explain complex information to others in straightforward situations.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.
  • Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
  • Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate complicated figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Sr Contract Administrator position is $70,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Sr Contract Administrator position is $110,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
