About This Role:

We’re looking for a Senior Brand Designer who doesn’t just design; they build brands. This role requires deep conceptual thinking, strategic rigor, and the ability to translate identity into full ecosystems. You’ll work across campaigns, platforms, and touchpoints to create brands that live and breathe.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop comprehensive brand systems, from identity to full ecosystem implementation
• Concept and execute campaign work across digital, social, print, and experiential
• Collaborate with creative directors and strategists to shape brand narratives
• Ensure brand consistency across all outputs while evolving systems over time
• Present work clearly, articulating both concept and executional decisions
• Mentor junior designers and elevate the team’s overall thinking

Requirements

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree required
• 8+ years' experience in brand design, with strong agency or studio background
• Strong modern typography, layout, and conceptual skills as well as keen eyes for photography and establishing brand guidelines
• Portfolio demonstrates brand system thinking, not just logos or isolated pieces
• Proven campaign work, must show integrated, multi-channel executions
• Ability to move between conceptual ideation and high-level execution
• Comfortable working across industries, especially fashion, lifestyle, and culture-driven brands
• Figma proficiency

• Your work is primarily execution-only
• Your portfolio is made up of standalone projects without systems or campaigns

Salary Range: $125,000 - $150,000
