Role Type: Full time
Salary: $75,000 -85,000 per year + annual performance-based bonus
Actual compensation offered will be determined individually, based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, licensure, experience, and education.

Summary:
As a member of the Marketing Strategy team, you are a reliable and creative thinker with a passion for delivering results through all facets of marketing. This essential role works with team members to collaborate on initiatives of driving growth, launching new capabilities, increasing adoption and retention, and providing awareness of offerings and services.
You will bring your strong attention to detail, dependability, curiosity and enthusiasm to support and execute marketing initiatives that achieve business and corporate goals.
Responsibilities:
Lead and support marketing strategy and omni-channel marketing campaigns that drive program growth and align with corporate initiatives.
Create strong partnerships and collaborate with marketing teammates, business lines, compliance, and project stakeholders to create innovative campaigns.
Develop compelling content for marketing campaigns and resources that can be tailored to different audiences and segments.
Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines, multi-task wisely, accept constructive feedback and adjust project scope as needed to accomplish goals.
Build a deep understanding of business programs and voice to help tell the Osaic story through compelling content and campaigns.
Work on and incorporate overarching brand and marketing initiatives.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university in Marketing, Business, Advertising, Mass Communications, Journalism or another related field of study.
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
Basic Requirements:
5+ years of experience in marketing
Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines and projects
Excellent communication skills to align partners to a common goal.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
Strong copywriting and attention to detail
Self-starter with a high-level of professionalism
Familiarity with best practices in content, web, email, digital, social, video, etc.
Familiarity in leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) to create efficiencies in marketing activities
Proficiency in Microsoft office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, etc.
Preferred Requirements:
Experience working in financial services, wealth management, or B2B/ B2B2C
Experience marketing advisory relationships and platforms, investment products, financial planning, and lending solutions.
Experience with working with financial advisors and/or financial institutions
Experience with marketing tools and leveraging marketing technology to developing modern campaigns.
Successful track record of omni-channel campaigns that produce meaningful and measurable results
