Sr. Construction Inspector

6+ years of construction inspection or relevant field experience 

Experience working with contractors in active construction environments 

Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and project documents 

Hands-on experience with materials testing (concrete, rebar, etc.) 

Strong documentation, reporting, and communication skills

• Serve as primary liaison between owner, contractors, and design professionals
• Conduct daily on-site inspections and document construction activities, progress, and conditions
• Perform and document materials testing, including concrete and rebar inspections Track labor, equipment, quantities, and any delays or issues impacting project timelines
• Attend preconstruction and progress meetings and provide detailed reporting to project managers
• Review contractor schedules, pay applications, and project documentation for accuracy and compliance Identify and report any defects, safety concerns, or non-conforming work
• Assist with punch lists, final inspections, and project closeout documentation
