Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid – 3 days onsite / 2 days remote)
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Compensation to lead and support compensation strategy across North America Operations and Procurement. This role partners closely with HR Business Partners and senior business leaders to design, implement, and administer compensation programs for both hourly and salaried employee populations within a complex manufacturing environment.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in broad-based compensation, strong analytical capabilities, experience supporting union and non-union manufacturing operations, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders while leading large-scale compensation initiatives.
We're looking for someone who has successfully led compensation strategy in a complex manufacturing environment and can confidently partner with senior leadership. The strongest candidates will have expertise supporting both hourly and salaried workforces, advanced compensation analytics skills, Korn Ferry Hay experience, and a proven ability to drive change while balancing business objectives with competitive compensation practices.
