And national committees which contribute to the development and professional advancement of pharmacy practice.\n Serving as a leader or facilitator on a regional or national professional organization.\n \n\n \nMinimum Qualifications:\n\n Education: Doctorate of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor degree in Pharmacy.\n \n\n Experience: Five (5) years as a clinical Pharmacist. \n \n\n Licensure: Licensed Pharmacist in the state of VA. \n \n\n Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) for Critical Care and Emergency Medicine, and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 90 days of hire. \n \n\n \nPreferred Qualifications:\n\n* Experience: PGY2 Pediatric Residency strongly recommended. \n \n\n
