Title: Senior Civil Engineering Manager
Mission Critical & Advanced Energy Infrastructure Location: Texas (Houston, Dallas, or Remote within Texas) Position Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are seeking a senior-level civil engineer to lead our expansion into the mission-critical and data center market, including future integration with advanced energy infrastructure such as modular reactors, on-site power generation, and large-scale substations. This is a strategic growth position with significant opportunity to shape our service line, client relationships, and technical standards.

You will serve as the face of our Data Center Civil Engineering Practice, bringing expertise, relationships, and leadership to build a high-performing, fast-moving business vertical.

Key Responsibilities

Business Leadership & Market Development

Lead the development and growth of our mission-critical and data center civil engineering practice.

Build and maintain relationships with developers, hyperscalers, EPC contractors, and energy partners.

Identify new opportunities, lead pursuits, and support proposal development.

Advise on market trends, site selection considerations, and emerging technologies (including SMRs and advanced power solutions).

Technical Leadership

Lead site/civil engineering for large campus-style developments, including:

o Mass grading

Drainage & hydrology (H&H)

Utility layout and routing
