Impact Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Civil Project Designer with excellent CAD skills for the Land Division located in our clients Des Moines, IA office. 

Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in land development; including site plan design, roadways, permitting, erosion/sediment control (ESC) design, and experience in stormwater management (SWM). Utility work experience, i.e., laying out water mains, sewer (gravity or force mains), gas pipelines, etc. a plus.

Competitive salary commensurate with experience.

Requirements:
· Minimum 5 years of AutoCAD experience
· Minimum 2 years of Civil 3D and MicroStation experience preferred
· Strong knowledge of site grading and drainage
· Strong knowledge of infrastructure design to include sewer, water and paving
· Ability to develop comprehensive construction document set

Additional Skills: 
· Identifying project scope and budget management
· Knowledge of MS programs such as Word and Excel
· Excellent verbal and writing skills
