JOB REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor’s Degree and 3 years of formulating and defining systems scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements OR 7 years of formulating and defining systems scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements. * Requires in-depth knowledge and experience * Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services * Independently solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions * Works independently, receives minimal guidance * Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience; may direct the work of other staff members PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration
