What if your insights could shape the systems that power an entire enterprise?

We're looking for a Senior Business Analyst who thrives at the intersection of business strategy and technology, someone who can see beyond today's processes to design what's next. In this role, you won't just gather requirements, you'll influence outcomes, lead transformation, and help modernize how we work across the organization.

As a trusted liaison between Information Systems and key business stakeholders, you'll identify opportunities to enhance, integrate, and evolve systems and data. You'll lead highly complex initiatives, guiding projects from concept through execution while ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to uncover opportunities for system and data improvements across the enterprise
  • Lead the analysis and redesign of complex business processes; serve as a functional expert and strategic advisor while establishing validation testing frameworks and guiding business teams on best practices
  • Develop and deliver high-quality artifacts including business requirements, process models, data flows, use cases, prototypes, and test plans
  • Manage multiple high-impact initiatives simultaneously, creating and executing detailed project plans
  • Conduct thorough business systems impact analyses and present recommendations to drive informed decision-making
  • Champion change management by developing communication, training, and adoption strategies that ensure smooth transitions
  • Build compelling business cases for new systems and data initiatives
  • Mentor others within the department and help elevate team standards, practices, and analytical rigor
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. Concentrations in business, accounting, finance or management are preferred, but other concentrations will be considered.
  • SIE and Series 99 required within 90 days of start date (US); Series 7 required within 12 months of start date (US). Outside the US, appropriate country-specific licenses required. Other certifications may be required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, as well as other software programs and databases.
  • 5+ years in a people and/or project leader role with comprehensive knowledge of process improvement and/or operational excellence required
  • Ability to create strategy and approach based on changing business priorities.
  • Ability to collaborate and partner with various associates and leaders across the organization.
  • Excellent communication, written and documentation skills; Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization including executive presentations

Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office four days per week.
