Akkodis is seeking an Sr. Business Solutions Analyst / Scrum Master for a Contract with a client in San Jose, CA. The ideal candidate with experience leading cross-functional teams, delivering scalable customer success solutions, and driving process transformation through business analysis and platform optimization.
Rate Range: $60/hour to $63/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Sr. Business Solutions Analyst / Scrum Master Job Responsibilities include:
Lead the administration, configuration, and optimization of the Gainsight NXT platform, including workflows, playbooks, CTAs, success plans, dashboards, and customer health models.
Manage and mentor a cross-functional team of Business Analysts and agile team members, ensuring high-quality delivery and continuous improvement.
Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into scalable functional and technical solutions that support Customer Success operations.
Drive integrations between Gainsight NXT and enterprise systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, Azure, Databricks, and middleware platforms to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, stakeholder discussions, and project delivery activities while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Lead AI-enabled initiatives, process automation efforts, reporting enhancements, and customer success transformation programs to improve operational effectiveness and customer outcomes.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Customer Success Management, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in Business Systems Analysis, Solution Design, Business Architecture, Customer Success Operations, or related enterprise technology roles.
Strong hands-on expertise with Gainsight NXT, including platform administration, rules engine, workflows, playbooks, CTAs, Success Plans, dashboards, and enterprise system integrations.
Proven experience leading Agile teams, business process transformation initiatives, and integrations with enterprise platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, Azure, Databricks, and SnapLogic, with exposure to AI-driven automation and analytics solutions.

Pay Details: $60.00 to $63.00 per hour
