Senior Business Consultant
Hybrid in Downers Grove, IL 

Seeking detail-oriented and dependable resources to assist with processing new business and renewals during high peak volumes. These individuals will support the timely and accurate entry, validation, and tracking of customer data and documents related to group setup and renewal activities. The ideal candidate is organized, deadline driven, and comfortable navigating systems and administrative workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and validate incoming documentation for new business and renewal submissions
  • Accurately enter customer and plan data into internal systems
  • Ensure all required information is received and escalate missing or incomplete submissions
  • Monitor workflow queues and prioritize work based on deadlines and service levels
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales and Account Management, Underwriting, and Billing) to resolve issues
  • Track progress and update status reports or dashboards as needed
  • Participate in process improvement efforts and identify/present any opportunities for improved reporting, processing, or risk management
Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of experience in administrative processing, data entry, or operations support
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong Time Management
  • Experience in health insurance related field is a plus
  • Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services
