Responsibilities : - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for insurance products - Develop detailed documentation of business processes and requirements to guide technical teams - Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to ensure project alignment - Work closely with development teams to translate business needs into technical specifications - Conduct regular reviews and updates of project progress to ensure timely delivery of solutions - Identify and propose improvements to existing business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness - Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic decision-making - Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all business processes - Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions to ensure they meet business objectives - Engage with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and continuous improvement in product offerings - Utilize knowledge of Property & Casualty Insurance to tailor solutions to specific business needs - Support the development and execution of test plans to validate solutions against business requirements - Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle Qualifications - - Possess a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and their application in software development - Demonstrate expertise in insurance products, with a focus on Property & Casualty Insurance - Exhibit excellent analytical skills to interpret complex business data and provide actionable insights - Have experience in facilitating Agile ceremonies and driving project success - Show proficiency in creating detailed documentation and technical specifications - Display strong communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders and technical teams - Hold a bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in business analysis - Preferably have experience in hybrid work environments, balancing remote and on-site collaboration - Be adaptable to changing business needs and capable of managing multiple priorities - Have a proven track record of successful project delivery within the insurance domain - Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development - Be familiar with industry standards and regulations related to insurance products - Show a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement. 9.
