Must Have Skills: 5+ years of experience in business analysis, business architecture, or Pega BA roles, preferably within corporate or commercial banking. Pega & Technical Expertise Proven experience as a Pega Business Architect on enterprise-scale implementations. Strong hands-on experience with Pega Constellation (version 24 or higher strongly preferred), including data modeling and configuration approaches. Demonstrated ability to define and manage data objects, data types, fields, and relationships in Pega. Understanding of how Pega data models support case management, integrations, reporting, and traceability. Experience working with Pega Blueprint, App Studio, and collaborating with Dev Studio teams. Nice to Have Skills: Experience working in corporate or commercial banking environments Corporate banking requirements are accurately reflected in Pega blueprints and data models. Data fields and structures are clearly defined, compliant, and correctly configured in Constellation. Education: Bachelor preferred, not required.
