Senior Building Engineer - Boston Seaport (2nd Shift)
CBRE is seeking a skilled Senior Building Engineer to support operations at a premier 900,000-square-foot Class A office property in Boston's dynamic Seaport district. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced engineer who values a balance of hands-on technical work, operational responsibility, and the ability to work in a less crowded environment while supporting one of Boston's most prestigious commercial properties.
As a key member of the engineering team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, safety, and performance of critical building systems, including HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and building automation systems. Working 2nd shift offers a unique advantage-allowing you to perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and system optimization with reduced tenant disruption while still collaborating with daytime operations and leadership teams.
This role is perfect for a seasoned professional who enjoys troubleshooting complex building systems, working independently, and making a direct impact on building performance. Your expertise will help ensure a seamless transition between daytime and overnight operations, supporting an exceptional workplace experience for tenants and visitors.

is or $40.00 per hour and the maximum salary for the position is
