Backed by Google Ventures and leading investors, we are in a stage of rapid growth and are looking for a Senior Brand Marketing Manager to help shape the next chapter of our brand and go-to-market strategy. This role sits on the Marketing team and reports to the Head of Growth with close partnership across Product Sales and Creator Operations.
The Role
We are seeking a Senior Brand Marketing Manager to own how HFC shows up in the market - leading brand positioning, product storytelling, and the operational foundation that turns strategy into consistent execution. This role blends brand marketing, product marketing, and marketing operations. You will define messaging across Gen Z and B2B audiences, lead integrated campaigns and launches, and build the processes and measurement frameworks that scale our marketing engine.
What Youll Do
- Brand & Positioning: Own brand voice, messaging architecture, and positioning across student and brand partner audiences. Develop thought leadership that establishes HFC as a category leader.
- Product Marketing & GTM: Lead go-to-market strategy for new products and features, including positioning, launches, and sales enablement. Partner closely with Product Sales and Growth.
- Integrated Campaigns: Drive cross-channel campaigns, experiential activations, and creator-led moments tied to brand awareness, adoption, and pipeline growth.
- Marketing Operations & Measurement: Build scalable processes, workflows, and KPIs. Measure brand health, campaign impact, and product adoption to inform prioritization.
- Channel & Creator Strategy: Provide strategic direction across social and creator programs (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn), ensuring alignment with brand and product narratives.
What Were Looking For
- 6-8 years of experience in brand, product, or integrated marketing roles within high-growth consumer or marketplace companies.
- Proven ownership of positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy.
- Strong operational and project management skills with a data-informed mindset.
- Deep understanding of Gen Z culture paired with the ability to market credibly to B2B audiences.
- Excellent storytelling, cross-functional collaboration, and leadership skills.
