Sr Associate SAP Business Analyst

The Senior Associate SAP Business Analyst serves as a business process guide associated with the content, processes and procedures relating to SAP software. This role is to provide the collection and documentation requirements that will help the organization improve business processes.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively communicates and collaborates with external and internal customers to analyze information to assure business process needs are met.
• Elicits requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirement workshops and site visits.
• Ensures that requirements are presented and/or delivered to the business.
• Works with guidance to define an approach or plan appropriate to the request or project.
• Writes functional requirements, develops, and executes test plans to assure project success.
• Responsible for configuration of non-complex changes in the SAP ERP system

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in one or more SAP functional areas or disciplines.
