The Sr. Associate - Category Manager, Prepared Foods, is responsible for managing the PnL, product mix, and customer segmentation within the Foodservice Non-Commercial Channel, including K-12 Schools and Group Purchasing Organizations.
- Execute category management strategies covering price, product, promotion, and placement, while optimizing margins and channel go-to-market plans.
- Build cross-functional relationships to align business objectives across teams such as Marketing, Supply Chain, Sales, and Finance.
- Proactively serve as a subject matter expert and liaison to sales teams and key customers.
- Manage portfolio, SKU rationalization, and new product activation; oversee channel-specific growth initiatives.
- Drive performance, budgeting, and strategic analysis, including competitive and trend assessments.
- Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree, 3+ years of Foodservice or CPG experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with reporting tools.
