Qualifications and responsibilities for this Sr. Architectural Project Director position include:
- Minimum 25+ years of residential architectural experience, including single-family and/or multifamily projects
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe, and other current design software
- Registered Architect preferred; architectural degree a plus
- Strong knowledge of building codes and research processes
- Lead project kick-offs, delegate tasks, and manage project staffing and schedules
- Serve as main client contact, ensuring communication, design integrity, and successful project delivery
- Mentor junior staff and manage quality control from schematic design through construction documents
- Oversee construction administration, manage change orders, and maintain budget/schedule compliance
Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k with 3% safe harbor auto contribution, 2 weeks PTO, 6 sick days, 8 paid holidays, and an end-of-year bonus.
