Medline Industries, LP is seeking Sr Analysts Systems IT to join our team in Northfield, IL.

Job Description

  • Responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance and administration of the Talend Enterprise platforms.
  • Manage Talend servers, optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with development teams to ensure the efficient execution of data integration jobs.
  • Own the administration of Enterprise Talend Platform and ensure system availability.
  • Installation, configuration of Talend servers and components.
  • Set up and maintain connections to data sources and targets.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of Talend servers.
  • Implement and manage security policies for Talend environments.
  • Control user access and permissions based on organizational requirements.
  • Monitor Talend jobs, identify issues, and troubleshoot errors.
  • Work closely with development teams to resolve performance and functionality.
  • Establish and maintain backup and recovery procedures for Talend environments.
  • Ensure data integrity and availability in case of system failures.
  • Collaborate with development teams to understand data integration requirements.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for Talend configurations and processes.
  • Plan and execute upgrades and patches for Talend servers to ensure the latest features and security enhancements.
  • Conduct capacity planning to ensure the Talend infrastructure scalability.
  • Make recommendations for hardware and software updates as needed.
  • Own production support activities, including incident resolution and on-call support during off business hours as needed.
  • Exhibit curiosity and willingness to learn new skills and proactively take on challenges.
  • Quickly learn and develop the ability to support other Data Integration tools or databases as needed.
  • Position reports to Medline headquarters at Three Lakes Drive, Northfield, IL 60093. Telecommuting permitted 100% of the time. No additional national or international travel is anticipated.

Job Requirements

  • PRIMARY REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics Engineering or related field, or its foreign equivalent, and 4 years of relevant work experience.
  • In addition, experience with the following skills is required: (1) Experience implementing CI/CD for Talend ETL Jobs to promote them from Dev to test to Prod. (2) Experience working with Cloud platforms including Azure and AWS to deploy and manage Talend in cloud environments. (3) Experience working with Azure data services including Azure DataFactory, ADLS, Synapse, and Azure DataBricks. (4) Experience using Data Integration tools including Informatica, Qlik Replicate, and SAP BODS. (5) Experience working with database management including using Oracle ExaCC database platform.

JOB SITE:               Three Lakes Drive, Northfield, IL 60093

WORK HOURS:       Full Time (8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday)

PAY RANGE:           $141,110.00 to $152,000.00 per year
