Medline Industries, LP is seeking Sr. Analyst Business Systems IT to join our team in Northbrook, IL.

Job Description:

  • Coordinate the work between business partners and team members with on and offshore locations for SAP Master Data requirements.
  • Debug and troubleshoot issues.
  • Gain the experience of Agile and traditional SDLC delivery methodologies.
  • Understand end-to-end processes across Systems.
  • Work closely with the team and business sponsors to understand business requirements and drive the design and delivery of quality technical solutions.
  • Assist in identification of and resolution of gaps in the business processes and proposed changes.
  • Assist in effort estimation.
  • Communicate and coordinate with team manager and business leadership to ensure appropriate integration of processes and modules across the enterprise.
  • Oversee, define and monitor critical path activities and resolve issues or escalate issues to the Team Manager as needed.
  • Be available as on-call support for critical issues during non-working hours as documented in team support schedule.
  • Telecommuting is permitted, but applicant must work from the worksite location at least two days per week.

Job Requirements:

  • PRIMARY REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related field or its foreign equivalent and 6 years of relevant experience.

  • In addition, experience with the following skills is required: (1) Using SAP ECC and S/4HANA, with hands-on experience in master data objects across modules – Customer, Vendors and Material Master for maintaining the account group, partner

function, number ranges; (2) Working with LSMW (Legacy System Migration Workbench), BDC (Batch Data Communication), and Winshuttle for mass data uploads and automation; (3) Utilizing SQ00 to participate in data migration and cutover activities during SAP migration of ECC and Non ECC system to SAP S4 system; (4) Understanding of SAP PI, RFC, IDoc, and Web Services for transfering master data between SAP systems to Non SAP systems and vice versa; (5) Working with ETL tools and middleware platforms to support integration projects and enhancements especially during M&A activities and upgrades; and (6) Participating in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives as part of a cross-functional team.

WORK HOURS:         Full Time (8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday)

PAY RANGE:             $153,317.00 to $153,317.00 per year
