IT Enterprise Services supports the broader IT organization through strategic collaboration across financial management, strategic planning, project delivery, governance, vendor management, quality assurance, and workforce development.
Within this organization, the IT Strategy and Investments team focuses on enabling cost effective delivery of IT services and investments by managing key planning and financial processes, including the IT Strategy, Long Range Plan (LRP), Latest Estimate (LE), equitable billing allocations, Multi Year Plans (MYP), and cost optimization initiatives. The Sr. Analyst, Technology Business Management, is responsible for governing and modeling consumption-based billing for both cloud and on prem infrastructure, providing SaaS application support, and enabling FinOps best practices through complex data modeling. This role supports the development of IT technical services that form the basis for allocating approximately $200M in on prem infrastructure costs and $60M in cloud costs, while partnering with stakeholders to define and deliver reporting aligned to Technology Business Management (TBM) standards.
Position may be required to work extended hours, including 24 x 7 coverage during storms or other energy delivery emergencies.

Primary Duties:• This is an individual contributor position that works independently, relying on knowledge skills and judgment acquired through education and relevant experience to plan and accomplish assigned tasks and goals.
• Position requires routine interaction with key internal and external stakeholders, executives, directors, managers and staff across the organization.
• May require working extended hours and/or shift work to support business operations.
• Requires participation in an Emergency Preparedness role to support storm and emergency activity.
· Bachelor's degree in quantitative discipline (e.g. Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Finance or
Accounting) and 4-7 years of complex data modeling experience.
· In lieu of degree, 6-9 years of relevant experience
· Advanced Microsoft Excel, Access and PowerBI skills including complex formula development, and data modeling
· Demonstrated ability to develop multiple solutions to moderately complex problems and recommend the best solution
to the business and project team
· Demonstrated simulation development and analyses of operational scenarios
· Basic financial understanding including budgeting, variance analysis and financial statements
· Experience and deep knowledge of foundational business processes
· Demonstrated strategy planning and customer engagement skills and experience leading through change
· Advanced consultative skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation. Advanced interpersonal skills,
communications skills, and presentation skills.
· Demonstrated ability to simplify complex metadata scenarios and present information in a way that establishes
rapport, persuades others, and gains understanding and approval
· Excellent communications skills and ability to work effectively with all levels of IT, the business, and vendors
· Bachelor's degree in quantitative discipline (e.g. Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Finance or

· Experience with Application Portfolio Management tools and/or ServiceNow CMDB configuration
