RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and Drive Growth Strategies: Collaborate with commercial leadership to identify, develop, and execute strategic initiatives aimed at achieving sustainable organic growth.
  • Market & Sales Strategy Alignment: Lead cross-functional efforts across all sales departments-harmonized where possible and differentiated where necessary-to conduct market segmentation, prioritize target opportunities, and define effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Commercial Integration & Sales Enablement: Unify efforts across sales teams to capitalize on cross-selling, value-based selling, and solution-oriented opportunities that maximize profitability.
  • Quick-Win Identification & Execution: Identify and deliver on high-impact, near-term opportunities by leveraging synergies across sales regions.
  • Commercial Operating Model Advancement: Champion the adoption and advancement of the Commercial Operating Model. Conduct maturity assessments and gap analyses to enhance commercial processes, tools, and team capabilities.
  • Change Leadership & Workforce Engagement: Partner with leadership to effectively manage business transformation initiatives. Develop and deliver communication strategies to foster employee engagement and navigate change successfully.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as assigned to support broader commercial objectives.

EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS:

  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; MBA preferred.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of senior level Commercial & strategic leadership experience.
  • Experience supporting NA manufacturing NA centers required.
  • Demonstrated experience in creating, leading, and supporting high-performance teams.
  • Demonstrated track record in delivering sustainable business results through best-in-class commercial practices.
  • Periodic travel, including Canada, of up to 10% required.
  • Previous Continuous Improvement focus and experience.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle the pressures of deadlines, diverse assignment loads, and high work volumes.
  • Excellent ability to independently problem solves and troubleshoot required.
  • Able to thrive in a matrixed organizational structure.
  • Superior interpersonal and communication.
  • Superior attention to detail and accuracy is critical.
  • Authentic individual with impeccable integrity.
  • Change agent and game-changer mindset. A confident, well-prepared leader who thrives in complex, ambiguous environments and effectively influences organizational change and transformation.
  • Credible and savvy businessperson who will be perceived as a trusted consultant and functional expert to senior executive management.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), Microsoft Excel, and CRM systems required to support data analysis, reporting, and business process management.
  • Ability to leverage these tools to generate insights, manage data effectively, and support decision-making across business operations.
