Overview:

This hybrid position will be located at our New York Corporate Office. Expectations for hybrid in-office schedule is three days a week, typically Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Foot Locker, Inc. is seeking a Senior SuccessFactors Analyst to partner with all business owners, HR Business Partners, Administrators, and IT team members to maintain, evaluate, design, and/or implement HRIS software solutions, including functionality and associated processes. The Senior SuccessFactors Analyst will identify requirements and analyze, determine, and deliver the technology solutions. Requires ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders to strategically align and operationalize solutions.

 

Responsibilities:
  • Partners with business owners to define and develop requirements, re-engineer current processes, and implement tools to support Human Resources initiatives in SuccessFactors. Ensures the tools are client-focused, user-friendly, and flexible to adapt to changes in the business environment. 
  • Support HR development initiatives by: 
  • Partnering with our Centers of Excellence (COE) for collection and documentation of business requirements. 
  • Leading the design and execution of test plans where applicable. 
  • Partnering with our Centers of Excellence for the collection of sign-off from HR business partners for implementation. 
  • Partners with COEs and IT to develop and implement HR technologies. 
  • Provides direct support to all Human Resources administrators on an as-needed basis.  
  • Be able to evaluate problems and offer solutions by staying up to date on industry trends and best practices. 
  • Assists in developing and planning system enhancements and future rollouts. 
  • Oversees the research, planning, and execution of module design/maintenance, documentation updates, system security administration, and reporting. 
  • Manages HR System user access profiles and organizational structural changes. 
  • Communicates system changes, upgrades, and general information to end-users through training sessions, meeting reviews or email communication. 
  • Assist with ad-hoc HRIS projects as needed 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or Information Systems (or the equivalent HRIS business experience) 
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR/HRIS function 
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft, Microsoft Office Suite 
  • General Human Resources knowledge 
  • Strong communication and inter-personal skills 
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities 
  • Strong analytical, design, decision making, and problem-solving skills 
  • Excellent organizational skills

Benefits:

The annual base salary range is $75,000 - $85,000. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Salary is one component of the Foot Locker, Inc. total compensation package, which includes the below.
