We are seeking a visionary, data-driven, and mission-focused health strategist to lead IU Health's "Healthiest Workforce" initiative; a first-of-its-kind, enterprise-wide effort to meaningfully improve the health of our workforce. This is a brand-new individual contributor role that operates cross-functionally, requiring deep partnership with medical directors, EOHS, population health, and healthy results teams.

Shift: Full time, Monday - Friday, onsite
