    This is for a Sr. Advisor - Automation & Systems Integration (Oil & Gas) within the Systems Integration group

    The position is based in our offices in Houston, TX on a Hybrid basis with regular travel throughout the region as required.

    The Sr. Advisor - Automation & Systems Integration (Oil & Gas) within the Systems Integration group reports to the Regional Director of Systems Integration and will support business growth and delivery in assigned end-market(s) and/or customer contract(s).

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Key Objectives
    • Supports and guides the growth, development and delivery performance across projects in assigned end market(s) / customer contracts.
    • Advises project teams on working to the highest possible standards of integrity, safety, quality and performance excellence.
    • Advises functional managers and staffing function to ensure customer projects are appropriately staffed, influencing key/strategic hiring as needed.
    • Guides development and delivery of business plans in support of customer / end market business growth, in line with Woods strategy.
    • Provides guidance on the long-term customer relationship and commercial return by positioning Wood for contract extensions and renewals.
    • Recommends solutions to strategic, contractual, technical, commercial, operational and personnel-related challenges which impact on customer service and performance.
    • Promotes operational integrity and excellence, tracking and reporting on performance metrics and steering improvements.
    • Proactively guides on collaboration with other Business Managers, Sub-Business Groups in Digital Consulting, other areas of Consulting and broader Wood.
    • Supports maintaining relationships with strategic/key clients (together with Growth & Development) and execution partners and supporting the development of new relationships in line with Wood's strategy.
    Key Support for the Oil & Gas Vertical
    • Support for delivery of contract performance directly focusing on assigned customer contract(s) and end-markets. Typical budgeted revenue of $10+ million per year
    • Guidance for key clients and / or more complex projects (i.e., clients with strategic requirements or higher revenue and / or headcount)
    • Support development & delivery of a robust business plan, whilst driving and supporting corporate initiatives, ensuring company values are at the core of all activities.
    • Provide guidance for maintaining positive customer relationship, fostering, and enhancing relationship management with open, honest, and effective communications.
