Job Summary:

We have an exciting opportunity located in Poway, CA for an experienced Senior Administrative Assistant to support our entire International Programs and USMC/Navy team.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Provides analytical and specialized administrative support to relieve executive, administrative, and line and staff managers of complex details and advanced administrative duties.
+ Execute special or continuous research and data analysis tasks.
+ Coordinates activities between departments and outside parties.
+ Contact company personnel at all organizational levels to gather information and prepare reports.
+ Support entire International Programs and USMC/Navy team.
+ Coordinates travel, meetings, and schedule for senior leadership in our International Programs & USMC/Navy group.
+ Assists with data development and dissemination.
+ Prior experience with Logistics Management is a must.
+ Oversee all event logistics, including venue selection, catering, AV and RSVP tracking.
+ This position requires to be 100% onsite.

Job Qualifications:
+ Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent and six or more years experience in a field related to the specialized functional area or unit where assigned. Must demonstrate an extensive in-depth understanding of assigned functional area principles, theories and concepts.
+ Ability to work both independently and in a team environment is essential.
+ Ability to work extended hours as required.
+ Must possess:
+ Ability to grasp new concepts quickly.
+ Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.
+ Excellent organization skills and ability to establish priorities.
+ Ability to identify issues, interpret and explain complex information and solve non-routine problems, issues or situations that require evaluation and interpretation.
