Lead the accounting functions across multiple business units in a technology-focused organization serving markets like aerospace, defense, environmental monitoring, and medical research.
Manage financial operations including general ledger, accounts, payroll, cash flow, and cost accounting, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP, Sarbanes-Oxley, ASC606, and government standards.
Oversee month-end closes, financial reporting, internal/external audits, and internal controls.
Drive process improvements, system enhancements, and mentor the accounting team to achieve operational excellence.
Require 8-10 years of progressive accounting experience, leadership skills, CPA/CMA preferred, and knowledge of DCAA/DCMA audits.
