Sr. Accounting Analyst - General Accounting

We are seeking a Senior Accounting Analyst to join our General Accounting Team, focusing on payroll and insurance accounting.

• Assist in payroll accounting, ensuring accuracy, compliance, reconciliation, and journal entries. Collaborate with HR Finance and Compensation teams for timely payroll and bonus processing.
• Support insurance accounting for health, liability, and auto policies, including reconciliation, journal entries, and trend analysis.
• Contribute to preparing financial statements, supporting period-end closes, and audits.

• Skills include proficiency in Oracle Cloud, EPM, Blackline, and MS Office, with strong analytical, communication, and leadership abilities.
  

  Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field, minimum 5 years of experience, payroll accounting knowledge preferred, and familiarity with GAAP. Industry experience in automotive parts or retail is a plus.
