Additional Information: In this role you will be providing medical coverage for local schools within the Prosper ISD system. School based Athletic Trainers will work a schedule of Monday-Friday with game night coverage.

Summary:
Provide athletic training services to athletes under the direction of the team physician or written referral from a physician, and in accordance with state athletic training practice act. Incumbent is expected to respond and act in all emergency and urgent medical situations within the program being covered. All care administered and injuries evaluated should be documented per the CHAI injury assessment reporting provided. Follow up with the Program Manager or Director is expected within 48 hours of the event unless earlier as dictated by the urgency of the medical care provided.
