About the role
Walton Family Whole Health & Fitness, managed by HealthFitness, is seeking enthusiastic Sports Instructors to lead Volleyball skills training in a fun, supportive, and engaging environment in Bentonville, AR. This is a great opportunity to help participants build confidence, develop their skills, and enjoy the game of volleyball.
Position Details:
Part-time opportunity
Approximately 2 hours per week
Ideal for individuals who are passionate about volleyball and enjoy coaching others
Responsible for sports instruction in soccer, basketball, volleyball, etc. to both children and adults.
Accountabilities:
Provide high quality individual/group sports lessons to children and/or adults of varying abilities.
Setup/breakdown of area before/after lessons.
Assist in the promotion of sporting events and helping to answer member questions about classes, leagues, tournaments, etc.
Perform other duties as needed/assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED.
Adult and pediatric CPR/AED and First Aid certification from American Red Cross, American Heart Association, National Safety Council, and American Safety & Health Institute.
One (1) or more years sports teaching experience with children and/or adults.
Professional appearance and attitude.
Ensure students/players adhere to safety guidelines and demonstrate good sportsmanship.
The compensation range for this role is $28 - $30 per 60 minute class. The final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors.
