What you will be doing

This role sits right in the middle of the action. You will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and building inventory that directly impacts what our audience sees and buys.

• Source cards and sealed product across eBay, Whatnot, Facebook groups, and hobby networks.
  
• Evaluate value using eBay sold listings, Card Ladder, and real-time comps.
  
• Identify key hits including parallels, SSPs, case hits, autos, and short prints.
  
• Build repacks with strong value, balance, and presentation.
  
• Track market trends, product releases, and pricing shifts.
  
• Work closely with the team to ensure a smooth flow from buying to breaking to shipping.
  

What you bring

We are looking for someone who truly understands the hobby and can make smart decisions quickly.

• Strong knowledge of sports cards and major product lines.
  
• Experience buying or selling on platforms like eBay or Whatnot.
  
• Ability to comp cards accurately and understand real market value.
  
• High attention to detail when organizing and repacking inventory.
  
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  

Bonus points if you have

• Experience using Card Ladder or other comp tools.
  
• Background in repacks, live breaks, or hobby inventory management.
  
• Familiarity with shipping and handling high-value cards.
