Job Title:  Sponsorships & Brand Specialist
Location:  Minneapolis, MN (Onsite)
Duration: 7 + Months
 
Daily Responsibilities:
  • Managing day-to-day relationships with lines of business, agency partners, and sponsorship properties
  • Developing and executing strategic partnership activations (tier 1 and tier 2)
  • Overseeing Client WM brand advertising and partner integration
  • Reporting and analyzing key metrics to optimize campaign tactics
  • Cross-platform integration of  WM programming through sponsorships
  • Onsite activation as-needed
 
Must have skills:
  • Degree or certificate in Marketing, Communications and/or Advertising
  • 2-5+ years of experience with brand marketing and sponsorship activation
  • Proven ability to innovate and create differentiating, proprietary marketing programs to build brand leadership; proven expertise in flawless program execution
  • Strong time and budget management skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Experience building partnerships and managing complex relationships with external partners
  • High level proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word and ability to master new computer software 
  • Proficiency in results reporting and strong analytical skills
