Hiring a spin forming operator for our 3rd shift spin forming department. This person will help run production to ensure quality parts and on time delivery. This position will train on 1st shift for about a month before transitioning to a 3rd shift role.
Key Responsibilities:
· Operate and set up spin forming machinery to produce aluminum components.
· Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accuracy in production.
· Monitor production processes and adjust as necessary to maintain quality.
· Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and improve processes.
· Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
· Uphold safety standards and produce components in a safe manner.
Qualifications:
· Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
· Must have a teachable mindset
· Mechanical inclination is a plus.
· Ability to slow down and analyze processes to ensure quality components are being produced.
· Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications.
· Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
· Must be able to work third shift and stand for 10-12 hours.
