Plans and implements specific treatment programs for neonates through geriatric patients, according to accepted speech pathology practices and principles. Collaborates with interdisciplinary treatment team.
Qualifications
Education
Required
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
Bachelor's degree in related field
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Experience:
Preferred
One year of experience in Speech Therapy
One year of experience in Home Health
Certification/Licensure:
Required
Speech-Language Pathology License with authorization to practice in the State of Texas
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
Must obtain within ninety (90) days of start date
Valid Texas Driver's License
