Job Description
Under the guidance of the Director of Rehab Medicine and the Clinical Coordinator, the Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is responsible for a full range of services including evaluation, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions. Treatment will be provided in an interdisciplinary environment consistent with the position's qualifications, professional practices and ethical standards, to help attain the patient's maximum level of independence and performance. The SLP plans treatment programs and administers modalities and other related procedures, under the prescription of the patient's physician. He/she is responsible for documentation and communication of all necessary information to all appropriate parties.
Qualifications
Education: Post Graduate Degree (preferred)
License/Certification:
- Valid OK license in Speech-Language Pathology (May work under temporary license until state licensure is received if moving from out of state or while awaiting completion of CFY; must conclude CFY within 10 months)
