    Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) – In-Person | Oakland & Richmond, CA

    Celebrations Speech Group is hiring an in-person, school-based Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support K–8 students in Oakland and Richmond. This role offers a caseload of approximately 38 students within a collaborative charter school environment.

    • Position: Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
    • Setting: In-person, school-based
    • Locations: Oakland & Richmond, CA
    • Grade Levels: K–8
    • Caseload: ~38 students
    • Schedule: School-year assignment
    Responsibilities
    • Provide direct speech-language therapy under SLP supervision
    • Implement treatment plans and therapy goals
    • Maintain accurate service logs, documentation, and progress notes
    • Complete biannual student progress updates
    • Support IEP preparation and speech file management
    • Collaborate with school teams and supervisors
    Qualifications
    • Active California SLPA License (required)
    • Associate’s degree in Speech Pathology or Bachelor’s in Communication Disorders
    • Strong communication and organizational skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a school-based setting
    • Experience with diverse student populations preferred
    Compensation
    • $35–$45 per hour, based on experience
