Celebrations Speech Group is hiring an in-person, school-based Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support K–8 students in Oakland and Richmond. This role offers a caseload of approximately 38 students within a collaborative charter school environment.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct speech-language therapy under SLP supervision
- Implement treatment plans and therapy goals
- Maintain accurate service logs, documentation, and progress notes
- Complete biannual student progress updates
- Support IEP preparation and speech file management
- Collaborate with school teams and supervisors
Qualifications
- Active California SLPA License (required)
- Associate’s degree in Speech Pathology or Bachelor’s in Communication Disorders
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a school-based setting
- Experience with diverse student populations preferred
Compensation
- $35–$45 per hour, based on experience
