Have you been looking for a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) position? 

We're seeking an enthusiastic SLPA to join our growing Early Intervention team. This position provides in-home services for children ages 0–3 using a family-centered, play-based approach.

Whether you're an experienced clinician or just beginning your career, we'd love to meet someone who is compassionate, collaborative, and excited to help young children reach their communication potential. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to transition to full-time as client availability grows.

SLPA
 $33.25 - $38.23/hr*
*Salary range is contingent upon relatable experience, type of credentialing/certification, education, and use of a second language in your role (50% of the time).

Expectations:

  • Provide play-based speech and language therapy to children ages 0–3 in their homes.
  • Coach and educate parents/caregivers on strategies to support communication during daily routines 
  • Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising SLP  
  • Complete documentation and treatment notes in a timely manner.
  • Maintain compliance with state licensing, HIPAA, and early intervention documentation requirements.
  • Manage your schedule independently while maintaining regular communication with families and the clinical team.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Licensed as a Speech Language Pathology Assistant in California
  • Auto insurance liability coverage which meets the minimum for work-related travel (25/50k liability coverage)
  • Must clear a current background check through the FBI and DOJ
  • A current TB Test (within the last 6 months)

  • Varied work environments, including classrooms, clinics, and homes
  • Moderate to loud noise levels and physical demands may vary
